Alessandra Marconi’s work creates a harmonious environment between people, spaces and things. Her proficient understanding of the physical body as a communication tool lays the groundwork for her approach as a teacher, a guide and a designer alike.

Ali’s early career was shaped by the performing arts: dancing across stages, screens and public venues from New York City to Saudi Arabia. She holds a BA in Communication Arts and Journalism, is a practitioner/channel of the Akashic Records and the Associate Designer for Reflecting Spaces. Ali is a versatile creator that fosters peace, integrity and optimism wherever she goes.

Memo: The turn that revealed Inner Compass ~

I was very proud and grateful to be the Dance Supervisor for the Broadway musical, Hamilton — when the world shut down on March 13, 2020. What I didn’t know then is that I would never return to that post. During the months thereafter, the forced pause began to reveal that in terms of my career, I’d been utilizing a narrow skillset rather than my fullest range of abilities. One thing lead to another and I chose to embody a new kind of leadership and to follow a courageous path that was unravelling from within me in synchronistic measure. I made decisions that weren’t easy, but thankfully they were clear. Inner Compass has turned out to be the unwritten guidebook to navigating life and career that I’ve used all along and it’s my greatest pleasure to share its message with all of you.
