WEEK 4:

SHARE IT

To conclude your journey from awareness into focused action, this week’s aim is to create an outlet for your project.

In Week One you made a home base where your focus can live - a proper place in your area that legitimized your commitment to prioritize your focus and gave birth to your creation’s own identity.

Now, it’s time to share it in the presence of others.

OUTLET: a point, a place or a means through which things are exchanged, moved or seen.

GO THERE

Bare witness to the hours you’ve put in to cultivating a new paradigm. Feel the embodiment of pure gratitude and resilience as you continue to choose Trust over Fear.

The meeting point of information across timelines and lifetimes is happening right now in the form of focused action. When you leap into space, energy pierces through the veils of doubt and shatters the consciousness that once sealed it in place. You are upgrading your programs of belief and sending consciousness the blueprint for a new reality.

It’s time to stay steadfast in the frequency of your dreams and celebrate!

Weekly Practicum

Concentrate on your focus for some time each day. Do the best you can. The time stamps are noted to provide guard rails so that you stay on task. Set a timer! You may do the exercise that feels most compelling on the day, but I do recommend to begin each work period by first connecting to your field.

  • Close your eyes and become aware of the rhythm of your breath. Allow your posture to elongate vertically from a seated position.

Guide your awareness to the center of your skull and let it remain here for some time. When it acclimates fully you might feel a sensation. Notice it.

‍Keeping your awareness there, open a channel that extends downward to your heart. Acclimate.

Now, with your inner eye, gaze outward into the space that surrounds you.

Tune into what appears and who enters your field. Take action if that is necessary.

  • In the image above of the man and woman leaping over the puddle, the following characteristics are present.

    Interconnection

    Weightless

    Reflection

    Inhibition

    Support

    Risk

    Play

Concentrate on which one of these words is most joyful and explorative. What’s the medicine your project needs?

  • The most useful tool for sharing your work with others is the ‘elevator pitch’. It’s the spark that kindles the flame.

Personify your focus with appropriate terms, metaphors, calls to action, and tones that feel both natural and innovative to say. Most importantly, it’s authentically you. If it lights you up, it will for others.

  • What’s your vehicle to SHARE IT? Why does this outlet support your project’s currency flow the best? Who will witness this?

Take time to sketch your diagram by defining following variables + outlet. Refer to this template.

    • you

    • the work

    • its values

    • the outlet

Remember: a system is made through the relationships between elements. How those elements relate to one another creates the interconnecting channels of the system’s infrastructure. The purpose or function of the system is defined by how the interconnections behave together.

  • If outlets are like doorways, what new space is being inhabited as you become more established?

    What space are you vacating?

Are there any affairs that need to be resolved in order to leave the previous space in great condition?

To move wholly into the new space, what is required of you? List the non-negotiables.

  • Look at the work you’ve done. Let your reflection evoke feelings of gratitude as you consciously adapt and stretch your perspective. With this concentration and the rhythm of your breathing, you’re practicing mind/heart coherence.

Your True North is alive and well.

CONCLUDING QUESTION: how does your focus in action benefit the well being of others?
