WEEK 3:
KNOW IT
You will now guide your focus from the mind downward into the seat of your heart.
To know it is to merge the seeing and the feeling into the realm of understanding.
See the magnificent potential along the horizontal plane as you stay fiercely committed to your practice, right here and right now.
ALLOW yourself to make the choice to be who you came here to be and take permissions to act.
UN-DOUBTEDLY
Envision a passing train. The hum of consistency emerges. A real life continuum. This mirrors the essence of your being. Infinite moments that together blur into one ongoing phenomena.
Common doubt is normal; repetitive doubt is anxiety. When it knocks on your chest, counteract your ego and open your heart more. Doubt can be an opportunity to soften into alignment.
Choose over and over again to trust your quiet intuition above all else.
No questions.
Done seeking.
Know It.
Weekly Practicum
Work on your project/idea/new system for some time each day. Do the best you can. The time stamps are noted to provide guard rails so that you stay on task. Set a timer! You may do the exercise that feels most compelling on the day, but I do recommend to begin each work period by first connecting to your field.
-
Close your eyes and become aware of the rhythm of your breath. Allow your posture to elongate vertically from a seated position.
Guide your awareness to the center of your skull and let it remain here for some time. When it acclimates fully you might feel a sensation. Notice it.
Keeping your awareness there, open a channel that extends downward to your heart. Acclimate.
Now, with your inner eye, gaze outward into the space that surrounds you.
Tune into what appears and who enters your field. Take action if that is necessary.
-
Willpower is the practiced behavior of focused awareness.
This is a reminder to concentrate your efforts on what’s important to you. Distraction is the death of a fully lived life.
You are a magnificent human being whose vitality shapes the world. You are a ripple of light. Pure consciousness emerging to create divine order.

-
Own up to the ways you’re changing. Review the area of life your focus pertains to and characterize the upgrade!
Expand into the field by shifting tangible things in your space and recognize how your psychological and emotional states are affected. You’ll know your baseline frequency has changed when your characteristics take on the qualities that match that state of being.
-
Read the following excerpts from True Perception, featuring the topic of symbolism.
What resonates with you? Share in WhatsApp.
-
“We have to think slowly, to slow down,” (pg.70, New Sight)
TASK: Do one thing masterfully.
PROCESS: To use time slowly. Choose an aspect of what you’re working on and complete it to your maximum ability, without compromising your vision.
NOTE: Write your intended outcome before diving into this 25 minute segment.
-
Look at the work you’ve done. Let your reflection evoke feelings of gratitude as you consciously adapt and stretch your perspective. With this concentration and the rhythm of your breathing, you’re practicing mind/heart coherence.
Your True North is alive and well.
EXTENDED EXERCISE: Look at your diagram of self and see if another area is calling to enhance the potential of your focus. Observe your own blind spots and avoidant tendencies. Begin integration through acknowledgement.
