WEEK 2:

FEEL IT

We will enter this segment through the lens of perception.

This week is about evoking the frequency of your focus through your thoughts and actions.

Create a statement or definite chief aim about the feeling of your focus. This is your True North for the next 7 days.

BODHICITTA

The purpose of using awareness unfolds opportunity as a lifestyle is to merge the wisdom of your mind and the compassion of your heart. The awakened heart and mind of Buddha nature is called Bodhicitta. When this union comes to be, the bodhicitta comes alive and relieves sentient beings from suffering.

The power of feeling sends ripples of information into the quantum fabric where all things in the entire time-space continuum are united and irrevocably connected. Practicing the most supreme levels of vibration is truly, the most respectful thing an individual can do to care for the planet and her residents.

Weekly Practicum

Concentrate on your focus for some time each day. Do the best you can. The time stamps are noted to provide guard rails so that you stay on task. Set a timer! You may do the exercise that feels most compelling on the day, but I do recommend to begin each work period by first connecting to your field.

  • Close your eyes and become aware of the rhythm of your breath. Allow your posture to elongate vertically from a seated position.

Guide your awareness to the center of your skull and let it remain here for some time. When it acclimates fully you might feel a sensation. Notice it.

‍Keeping your awareness there, open a channel that extends downward to your heart. Acclimate.

Now, with your inner eye, gaze outward into the space that surrounds you.

Tune into what appears and who enters your field. Take action if that is necessary.

  • Take this time to hone in and complete something whether it’s related to your focus or not. Check the box, get it done. Move on.

  • Consider the 5 human senses: smell, taste, feel, hear, see. Create one thing that personifies your focus through a human sense organ.

Share your creation with our group via Whatsapp!

  • The following passages are from True Perception: the path of dharma art by Chögyam Trungpa. Let this information focus your awareness to remember that both your truth and Nature’s Truth are uncomplicated.

    The Process of Perception

  • Do you know about the Clair Senses? They are the intuitive extensions of the average human senses that give definition to the unidentifiable impressions we get. Everyone has a relationship with these feelings but some of us are more attuned to taking them seriously and infusing them into our conscious reality. Wherever you land on this spectrum of experience with your clair senses, dial it up a notch this week.

Clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairgustance, claircongnizance, clairempathy, clairtangency.

    • Can your focus be enhanced through a clair sense?

    • Which one(s) come natural to you?

    • Does your clair sense have a home in your body? Is it grounded?

    • When does your sense become unwanted? What would it take to let it stay?

  • Look at the work you’ve done. Let your reflection evoke feelings of gratitude as you consciously adapt and stretch your perspective. With this concentration and the rhythm of your breathing, you’re practicing mind/heart coherence.

Your True North is alive and well.
